Welcome to Wallula! We are so glad you have decided to check us out and visit us on Sunday. If you would take a moment to fill out this family form so that we can get some information about you and your kids...checkin will be a breeze when you get here! 

When you arrive, find our check-in station in the fellowship hall and search by the last four digits of your phone number or by last name for easy access. Select the kids you need to check-in and you're good to go! Your labels will print along with a security tag for your family.
